Emergency and Critical Care Veterinarians
Gail Robinson, DVM
After receiving her bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire, Dr. Gail Robinson completed a master's
degree in reproductive endocrinology. She then entered the University of Wisconsin's School of Veterinary Medicine
in Madison where she earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1989.
Dr. Robinson has been practicing in emergency and critical care medicine and surgery exclusively since returning to NH in 2000. She has a special interest in Soft Tissue Surgery and is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society.
Robert Wilson, DVM
Dr. Robert Wilson has been in private practice in New Hampshire since 1986. He is a graduate of the University of
New Hampshire and the Ohio State School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Wilson has worked with a variety of animals in
the past, including horses, cattle, and exotics. He has had an interest in emergency medicine throughout his entire
career.
Ruth McDevitt, DVM
Dr. Ruth McDevitt, originally from Pocatello, Idaho, graduated from the University of Oregon in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then went on to Oregon State University where she graduated in 2010 with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. She has completed an internship at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists in Rhode Island and has now joined our team here at Valley CARES. Dr. McDevitt enjoys the case diversity in emergency medicine and has a special interest in trauma and internal medicine.
